Melbourne's Karting Blue Ribbon Double Header

Kart racers searching for some high quality racing in Victoria need to search no further than the home of the Go-Kart Club of Victoria over the next two weekends.

Next weekend (August 7/8) the Port Melbourne complex is hosting the final round of the CIK Stars of Karting Series and the following weekend (August 14/15) it will be the scene of the 2010 City of Melbourne Titles.

The CIK Stars of Karting Series round can not only serve as a great opportunity for drivers in the Senior Clubman, Junior National and Senior Rotax categories to compete alongside Australia’s elite series – but also an opportunity to gain valuable track time ahead of the City of Melbourne Titles.

With over 70 racing and 100 practice/qualifying laps scheduled for the categories at the CIK Stars of Karting round, the event provides a huge amount of track time in race conditions.
